On 8th May 2014, the firm Business Voice obtained certification of its own Quality Management System by DNV, an internationally-recognised certifying agency.

Business Voice has upgraded its Quality Management System to the new version of the ISO 9001 standard

In April 2017 Business Voice completed (well in advance of the due date) the revision of its management system in order to comply to the new UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems standard.
The fundamental concepts in the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 are the focus on customer needs and continuous improvement, by systematically applying risk analysis processes and taking into account the expectations of all interested parties.
System procedures have undergone revision to minimize risks linked both to service conformity and to Business Voice’s other value-adding activities.
