Cooking courses for adults
Courses designed for all those who want to learn the secrets and little tricks of professional chefs to improve their cooking with recipes to surprise family and friends by serving unique dishes where the taste and skills of great chefs are combined. Each course lasts 2 hours and a half and deals with different themes from appetizers to desserts, from meat to fish as well as some revisited traditional Friulian recipes. There are also courses presenting dishes from international cuisines such as Austrian, American, Mexican, Indian, in addition to the sushi course held by our Japanese Master Chef. The creation of desserts will be presented by our Master Pastry Chef and Cake Designer, who will introduce you to a sweet and surprising world. A range of solutions where the participant will also get useful tips to correct mistakes to cook better and combine the dishes in the best way.
