A great achievement for a company which has been on the translation market for 25 years

Certification by an accredited outside agency represents the crowning achievement of meticulous work aimed at permitting the introduction of a quality management system within the firm that conforms to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 “Quality Management System – Requirements” and UNI EN 15038:2006 “Translation services - international standards". An important objective achieved thanks to the commitment and collaboration of our entire staff, an important recognition that qualifies us also at an international level and acknowledges the validity and seriousness of our organisation. Within a marketplace that is ever more careful and demanding, Business Voice seeks to provide its customers with a product that better meets their needs, offering itself as a capable and trustworthy partner able to respond promptly and accurately to the requests it receives. The “total quality” we pursue not only regards technical/linguistic aspects, but also involves service and collaboration with our customers to satisfy even the most demanding expectations; being a certified firm ensures the customer of the agreed upon standard of quality and the consistency of the product characteristics over time. The fundamental concepts of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification are attention to the customer and continuous improvement. The fundamental concept of UNI EN 15038:2006 rules are the Definition of requirements for a quality service in the world of translation services.
