BUSINESS VOICE is among the first companies in the world to obtain the UNI EN ISO 17100:2015 certification for translation services

In order to reach and maintain these targets in 2013, our company certified its Quality-oriented Management System under the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality management systems and the UNI EN 15038:2006 Translation Services standards.

It is now with great satisfaction that Business Voice Ltd. can notify all its Clients that another important step forward has been taken: within the framework of a large audit held in March 2016 by the DNV-GL Certification Provider, our company fulfilled all the criteria for quality, conformity and adequacy in its translation processes, and obtained – among the first companies in the world – the UNI EN ISO 17100:2015 certification, the internationally recognized standard that allows quality comparison in translation services. The final aim of this process is to guarantee excellence in our services thanks to continuous improvement in our offer.

The UNI EN ISO 17100:2015 standard accurately defines what translators’ and revisers’ competences are, and specifies the essential concepts for each activity, workflow process or elements influencing the translation process: ranging from verifying the client’s needs, the feasibility study, and through setting down the translation workflow processes by involving the required professional figures. Great significance is also given to the requirements for ensuring data and information protection from any type of threat, guaranteeing Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability.
